101 Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consult
During a one hour Ayurvedic lifestyle consultation via Zoom, we will find out your dosha if it is not yet known and look how your diet alligns with it. A prior homework to the session, including a food diary, will show us where potentially subtle changes could make a big differences. When required, potential cleanses will be discussed as well. Other aspects like herbs and lifestyle routine will also be considered, not only for curing disease but for establishing longlasting health and happiness.
Ayurveda doesn’t focus on just eradicating dis-ease, but on creating permanent health and happiness.
Consultations can focus on general health and vitality, or on specific issues and ailments. Upon request, we can also draw on the aspects of yoga, tantra and Vedic Astrology to complement the session.
During a one to four hour workshop we give an idea about Ayurveda in general, including its history, difference to Western medicine and specific healing modalities. Each participant will also find out what their personal constitution is; how to best balance and harvest the benefit of each of the doshas; how to recognise imbalances; plus receive overall lifestyle habits and routines ideas recommended in the Ayurvedic tradition.
Our body communicates to us clearly and specifically if we are willing to listen.
Workshops can be general or catered to specific ailments or target groups, for example Ayurveda for pregnancy; growing old with grace; women; children or families. They can also vary in level from complete beginner to people who have already had some experience with the subject such as yoga teachers or other health care professionals wishing to expand their understanding of this Vedic science.
