Monday 7-8pm YIN YOGA
Each week a series of mainly seeted poses will focus on a different physical or energetic area to help us surrender through long holds and softening, rather than alignment and flow. In this very different type of yoga, deep tension is released from body, mind and beyond. Different types of meditation frame our evening practices.
Tuesday 7-8am VINYASA
Activate your energy to embrace the day. Some energising pranayam will frame our intelligently curated, Ashtanga-inspired flow in our beautiful, lush finca setting.
All levels are welcome as Dini’s 20 years experience can accomodate and offer variations whenever needed.
You will leave the class ready to take on anything.
Wednesday 7-8pm HATHA
This slow but strong Hatha practice will help us expand into body-mind mid-week. Iyenga inspired, we fortalise and strengthen our body through precision holds and detailed alignment practices using blocks and deep belly breaths in each of the poses.
Friday 7-8am VINYASA
On Tuesday we set the scene, on Friday we take poses into the next level in this activating and energising flow class.
