Last weekend at @planetrehaborg learning about chocolate, plants, wildlife - and that there's always hope as long as wonderful people like Gary do their wonderful things.

Sometimes people ask how I manage to do my daily #yoga practice on the boat. Well, using the space and the props there are. Just like #sailing life and even life mire broadly. You do with what there is - rather than longing for what there isn't. This way, before you know it, you land in the moment. And guess what you find there? The irony of life. After years of financial disaster, human disappointment and social experiment failure in a so called eco village back home in Australia we were headed for isolation on a boat. Since arriving in Panama and settling into@our new floating home four months ago those quiet moments have actually been very rare. Instead we found ourselves in a wonderful tight-knit community of fellow cruisers... Go figure!
